Women's Ministry
The women of First Baptist Church of Windsor intend to work together to  provide for the women of our church, and of the surrounding communities, opportunities and a supportive atmosphere through which they may
  • Develop and deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Learn to build healthy relationships within their families, their church and community, and with each other.
  • Be equipped to meet the challenges of Godly living in today's world.
  • Discover and share talents, skills, and gifts through worship and service.
  • Experience joy-filled fun and fellowship.


We will rely on prayer, Biblical teaching and training and God's working in and through us to accomplish what He purposes for this ministry.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY 
Beginning September 7 and 8

"Believing God: Experiencing a Fresh Explosion of Faith" by Beth Moore
 
Based on Isaiah 43:10, this study explores what it means not only "to believe in God" but "to believe Him."  The church today is nearly paralyzed by unbelief. God is calling us to a fresh and lavish anointing of faith. Through studying the lives of Abraham, Moses, and others as examples of persons who believed God,  Beth encourages women to deepen their own trust in God and receive a fresh word from Him.

Join us this fall as we learn together on Tuesday mornings at 9:00 am, or Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm beginning September 7 and 8. Sign up by calling the church office at 838-6694.



We also offer small group discipleship. We will help you set up a discipleship relationship with a woman discipler and one or two ladies. The time and place will be set at your convenience. Each group will study either:

“Growing in Christ” - The Responsibilities and Privileges of a Christian - 7 weeks -
 Book is $10, or

“Survival Kit” - 6 weeks - Book is $8.
