ELDERS & PASTORAL STAFF
Lance Wallace, Pastor/Teacher email@example.com
Lance has been the Teaching/Lead Pastor at FBC Windsor since 2007. He was saved through the ministry of FBC in 1995 and from there went to The Master’s College and then The Master’s Seminary to get trained for the ministry. While in Seminary, he met Jill and they were married in 1999. Also while in Seminary, Lance was the Vice Principal of Grace Community School. After graduation Lance was the College/Career Pastor at Santa Rosa Bible Church for 4 1/2 years where he grew under the leadership of Bob Graves and Chris Bauer. Lance and Jill have 4 children; Gabe (18), Emma (17), Johnny (13) and Alice (7). He enjoys his family and having adventures with them outdoors. Preaching the Word, personal evangelism and seeing people repent and turn to Christ are Lance’s joys.
Rhett Paro, Chairman/Young Adult Ministry
Rhett was raised in church, and while he may have always believed in Jesus, he marks his conversation to Christ as his first year at the Master’s university. Since then he has grown in his faith and love of God. He loves God’s Word and God’s people and strives to serve the church by encouraging her to stay grounded in the Bible. He works at a local plumbing supply house and enjoys being a witness in the construction industry. He currently serves The church as the college ministry leader and hosts a weekly Bible study at his house. He is married to Julie and they have twin girls who are always excited to meet more college adults!
Darin Stockham, Secretary/Family Ministries
Having grown up in church, Darin put his faith in Jesus Christ at an early age. After joining the military at 17, he could see God's hand in protecting and guiding him through difficult and dangerous situations. Darin and Janelle were married in April, 1988 and are blessed with daughter's Ashton (26) and Devon (20). After being an IT Tech for many years he is no longer surprised in ways people can run into problems on their computers. Having been a part of FBC leadership since the early 2000's he is constantly reminded of the complexities within the Body of Christ but knows that if Christ is truly allowed to be the head of the church then growth and maturity will always be the outcome in challenging situations. Grace and Mercy, Salt and Light. These will keep you effective in furthering the Gospel.
Erik Strom, Treasurer/Finances, Adult Education
Erik was born and raised (literally!) in the ministry of FBC. Erik placed his faith and trust in Christ as a young child. After graduating from high school in Healdsburg, Erik attended The Master's College and graduated in 1989 with a degree in Accounting/Finance. He works as the Controller for a Civil Engineering firm in Santa Rosa. Erik is married to his lovely wife Laura, and together they have three beautiful daughters; Kelsey (24), Jenna (19), and Bethany (12). He loves the outdoors, particularly boating, golfing, or hunting with family and friends. Erik's passion for the church is that it hold fast to the Word of God. Scripture is the foundation of knowing God and living the Christian life, and as such, must be studied and taught accurately and correctly.
Pat Riley, Helps Ministry, Visitation
Pat was born and raised in Ohio and graduated from Robert Morris College located in the Pittsburgh, PA, area in the early 70's. After graduating, he was led to the Lord by a local pastor in the Pittsburgh area also in the 70's. Pat's growth and faith were very slow at first but after relocating with his small family and first wife to CA in the middle to late 70's, he began to truly grow in his walk and relationship with the Lord. Pat was baptized shortly after beginning to attend FBC in the early 80's which is also where he met his lovely wife Bonnie and married in 1990. He began to become involved in ushering and eventually to counting the weekly offerings. He also was involved with the Awana program with his two sons for many years . Later on while attending FBC Pat was elected to the Deacon board and about 10 year ago was chosen to be part of the Elder Board . His passion is to see fellow brothers in the Lord to grow in their faith through attending small group Bible studies and interacting with other men one on one. He also has a heart for the homeless and has been involved with this outreach thru FBC for several years.
Michael Porter, Associate Pastor - Family & Youth Ministries
Justin Willis, Director of Children's Ministry firstname.lastname@example.org
Justin was raised as a pastor’s kid, finding his faith in Jesus at an early age. He felt a call into ministry at an Awana summer camp in 6th grade, a moment that began the change in his faith from a faith of his parents to a faith of his own. He was homeschool through the Rincon Valley Christian School program and went on to attend William Jessup University to get a degree in Non-Profit Business. After graduating, Justin worked at a church in Santa Rosa as their Children’s Director while going to The Cornerstone Seminary to get his Masters of Divinity, which he is still pursuing there. He is engaged and soon to be married to the lovely and talented Tyra Ingalls in March of 2021, Lord willing. In his free time, he loves to watch and study film history. His driving emphasis at FBC is to bring and instill a love of the Scriptures and a faith in Jesus into the children so that they too can find a faith of their own.
